About Our Founder
Avia Terry is a graduate from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. She is a Professional Nonprofit Coach certified by UFS University. She is passionate about advocating for women and children.
Surrounded by so many great people with wonderful ideas about how to help the community but with no idea of how to get started, in 2019 Avia answered the call; she founded Altitude Coaching Enterprise. Avia believes by providing others with the right tools there will be more nonprofits and businesses to shape and build our communities. Through her insight, businesses can eliminate the learning curve and gain powerful insights to help when dealing with decisions that can have long term crippling impacts on their business.

Heels to Heal Project
Avia is also the Founder and acting Executive Director of Heels to Heal Project. The Heels to Heal Project provides the community with an opportunity to support domestic violence victims and survivors by donating footwear and other essentials.
